Your enquiry is emailed to our team and you will receive an automatic acknowledgement. To limit spam, our website keeps a temporary, anonymised record (a scrambled form of your connection address, not the address itself) for no more than 24 hours. Our website host and email provider handle these messages on our behalf. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
