Built on quality, care, and a hands-on approach to every project across Warwickshire and Surrey.
Geraghty Group is a family-run design and build company, working across Warwickshire, Surrey and the surrounding areas. Our team brings together experienced designers, project managers and tradespeople who understand both the design intent behind a project and the practical realities of delivering it on site.
Whether you already have drawings or are starting from scratch, we help you make informed decisions, secure the right approvals and deliver a finished home that works for you and your family - with an eye for detail throughout.
Alongside our private client work, we also develop a small number of our own residential sites, giving us a rounded understanding of both sides of the industry - from land and planning through to design and delivery.
Geraghty Group is a family-run business led by its directors, who are involved in every project from first conversation to completion.
We provide a complete design and build service, combining architectural design and construction under one roof - removing the disconnect that can happen when separate architects and builders are used.
