The Gables is one of our most complete design and build projects to date - a circa 5,500 sq ft new build residence set on Ewell's finest private road. We managed the project in-house from first concept through to final finish, working with the client to combine an Arts & Crafts inspired exterior with a warm, contemporary interior.
Inside, the home features a sweeping oak staircase and entrance hall, a bespoke kitchen with a statement island and brass fittings, and a family room built around a fitted media unit with sliding doors onto the garden. Every material and finish was selected to work together as one considered scheme, rather than a series of separate rooms.
The project was delivered start to finish by our own team - design, planning, and construction all managed under one roof, with a single point of contact for the client throughout.
